How to shop

Shopping in our e-shop is fast, convenient and safe. To make sure that you can handle the whole process without any problems, we have prepared this simple guide for you.

 

1. Selecting products

Browse the categories in the menu or use the magnifying glass (search) at the top of the page.

Click on the product to find out detailed information, parameters and availability.

If you choose a variant (e.g. size or color), select the desired option.

 

2. Adding to cart

Click on the "Add to cart" button.

In the upper right corner, you will see a cart icon with the current amount.

You can continue shopping and select other products, or go directly to the cart and complete your order.

 

3. Shopping cart (Step 1 of 3)

Enter the cart (by clicking on the icon at the top right).

Here you can see a list of all selected products. You can change their quantity or remove them from the cart.

If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the "I have a discount code" field and click apply.

Continue by clicking the "Continue order" button.

 

4. Shipping and payment (Step 2 of 3)

Choose the delivery method that suits you best (e.g. Packet, Courier to address, Slovak Post or Personal collection).

Choose a payment method (e.g. cash on delivery, online card, bank transfer or Apple Pay/Google Pay).

Continue by clicking "Continue".

 

5. Delivery details (Step 3 of 3)

Fill in your personal details, e-mail, phone number and the address where we should deliver the package.

Tip: If you shop with us regularly, we recommend registering. You will not have to fill in your details again the next time you shop.

If you are purchasing for a company, check the box "I am purchasing for a company" and fill in your company ID, VAT number and company name.

 

6. Sending the order

Check all the entered data in the order summary.

Read and tick the agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

By clicking on the "Order with payment obligation" button, you will definitely send the order.

 

📩 What will happen after sending?

We will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the order to your e-mail. We will then inform you about every next step - from packaging to shipping and handing over the package to the carrier, who will send you a tracking number.
